PHILOSOPHY

The Bobby Buonauro Clinic, Inc accepts the belief that substance abuse is not a personal failing but a complex combination of individual, socio-environmental, political, economic and cultural factors presenting within a single person. We at The BBC believe that “Any Positive Change” in any of these parameters is valid and useful.

We recognize that, above all, substance abuse is a medical condition that responds to appropriate medical treatment. This treatment shall be provided in an environment that protects the self-respect and self-esteem of each participant. The treatment program shall accept the responsibility for the realization of each participant’s human potential through the delivery of respectful, high-quality medical care.

The BBC provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for persons who are dependent on opioid substances and live in the Chicago, IL area.

The BBC is here to serve individuals and families whose lives have been negatively impacted by opiate dependence. 

It is the firm belief of the BBC that the majority of persons who abuse illicit substances welcome the opportunity to make positive changes in their lives.  It is our mission to work in partnership with these persons in effecting change, as each person defines “change” for themselves.

The BBC offers treatment on demand in a respectful, collaborative environment which recognizes each participant’s right to define change.
